Details:
Project: This 11 storey block of flats was concrete framed with cast in-situ reinforced concrete flat-slab floors.

The construction of the underground car park and riverside walkway involved the reclamation of part of the River Thames foreshore and complex sheet piled and reinforced concrete retaining walls.

An adjacent listed building, necessitated close liaison to resolve the difficulties of the new basement construction.
